Welcome to Vardhini Group. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the engagement between Vardhini Group and our clients, vendors, and stakeholders in relation to interior design, turnkey fit-out, and associated services. By entering into a project agreement with us, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Work

The scope of services—including design, procurement, execution, supervision, and handover—will be clearly defined in the project proposal or agreement. Any additional services outside of this scope will be subject to a separate quote and timeline.

2. Quotations & Pricing

• All quotations are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue.

• Prices are subject to change based on material cost fluctuations, design modifications, or revised client requirements.

• Taxes, transportation, and installation charges (if any) will be specified in the proposal.

3. Payments & Invoicing

• A project advance (typically 30–40%) is required before commencement of work.

• Payments must follow the agreed milestone-based structure as outlined in the contract.

• Delayed payments may result in project hold, cost escalation, or termination of services.

4. Design Ownership & Copyright

• All design concepts, drawings, and visual representations remain the intellectual property of Vardhini Group unless explicitly transferred in writing.

• Unauthorized copying, use, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Timelines & Delays

• Project timelines are estimates and may be influenced by factors such as site readiness, material availability, approvals, weather conditions, or changes in scope.

• Any client-requested delay or modification must be communicated in writing and may affect the delivery schedule.

6. Site Access & Responsibility

• The client must provide safe and uninterrupted access to the site during working hours.

• Vardhini Group is not liable for third-party interventions, local disputes, or unauthorized on-site changes made without our consent.

7. Material Procurement & Warranty

• All materials used will be as per approved specifications and industry standards.

• Warranty (if any) will be governed by the manufacturer’s terms, and Vardhini Group shall assist in facilitating service but will not be held liable beyond project completion.

8. Project Revisions & Variations

• Minor changes are acceptable during early stages of execution.

• Major design or material changes post-approval will be considered variations, and subject to revised timelines and cost.

9. Cancellation & Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

• In such cases, the client is liable to pay for all work completed, materials ordered, and any cancellation charges incurred.

• Advance payments are non-refundable once project work has commenced.

10. Limitation of Liability

Vardhini Group shall not be liable for:

• Consequential or indirect losses

• Delays caused by acts beyond our control (force majeure)

• Unauthorized changes made to the site by the client or third parties.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All disputes or legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Hyderabad, India, and governed by the applicable laws of India.
